QuietKat JEEP® Rugged Terrain Electric Bike

Every QuietKat electric bike and electric trike includes a lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year, 1000-mile limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its battery, controller, and motor assembly.

This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the QuietKat and is not transferable.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use.

The one-year warranty on QuietKat’s lithium-ion batteries from the date of original purchase does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error or other improper use, QuietKat will assist in replacing that part. This includes any parts deemed to have been damaged in shipping. We will not replace any part deemed to be damaged by the user.

In the case of a repair or parts replacement under warranty, we will work with the owner to find a local certified bicycle repair shop to make the necessary fix. QuietKat will also cover the associated repair labor fees, only if the scope of service is agreed upon prior to the fix. The owner may also return the unit to QuietKat to make the needed repairs, but will be responsible for shipping costs each way.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
All claims to this warranty must be made through QuietKat, Inc., and can be submitted to isupport@quietkat.com Proof of the original purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a claim, please contact our service department at support@quietkat.com as there may be a simple fix for the problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed within one year of the initial purchase.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
Upon delivery, immediately inspect your products for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive, and we will only be able to accept freight damage claims within 3 business days of delivery. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Lading before you and the delivery driver sign-off on the shipment. Take photos of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Report shipping damage claims within 3 business days of delivery to Kingdom Rec at 417-413-3020 or support@kingdomrec.com.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

• Orders $49 and over ship FREE
• For orders under $49, shipping is $7.95 per order (not per product)

How long does it take to ship/Deliver?

• Most in-stock products ordered before 1pm CST will leave the warehouse the same day (on business days). Most orders place after 1pm CST will ship the following business day. Products that do not ship same or next day will be clearly marked on the product page.
• From order date to delivery is typically 3-5 business days for standard ground shipments. In rare occasions, or during peak shipping seasons, delivery may take longer.
• For custom, special order, or oversized/LTL items, shipping time varies as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

NOTE: Over-sized items must ship LTL or Freight Carrier. These items may take longer to ship and may require inspection and a signature upon delivery.

When will I get a tracking number?

• Orders submitted before 1p CST will receive a tracking number that day (weekdays)
• Order submitted after 1p CST will receive a tracking number the following business day (weekdays)
• Weekend orders will receive a tracking number the following business Monday or the following business day if Monday is a holiday
• You will receive a tracking number sent to your email from info@kingdomrec.com with a link to track your shipment

What carriers does Kingdom Rec use?

• To ensure fast and safe delivery, we typically use FedEx, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different types of products and shipping destinations.

What areas does Kingdom Rec ship to?

• We ship to all of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e., the "Lower 48")
• Ordering is not available for any other countries/areas at this time

HOW DO BACKORDERS WORK?

• Products on "Backorder" will always be clearly marked on the product page
• Backordered product(s) will ship as soon as the item(s) are back in stock. The estimated "In-Stock ETA" should always be highlighted at the top of the product description for products available for Backorder; we don't typically allow backorders unless we know when products will be available.
• If your order contains a mix of backordered and in-stock products, the in-stock products will ship first according to our shipping timelines outlined above, and any backordered products will ship once they are in stock again. You will not be charged additional shipping if this occurs.
